- General Conditions of Service
1.1 Service Description
Our company provides private transfer services from various locations in Slovenia to destinations across Slovenia and neighboring countries Croatia, Italy, Austria, Hungary, Germany as well as transfers in other European countries. All bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel any service without prior notice due to operational, safety, or legal reasons.
1.2 Booking Process
Bookings can be made via our online platform or by contacting us directly. When booking a transfer service, you are required to provide accurate personal information and trip details. Any errors in the information provided could result in delays or cancellations of your service.
1.3 Payment Terms
All bookings must be confirmed with a valid method of payment. We accept card payments via Stripe ( linkovati sa https://stripe.com/legal/ssa ) as well as payments in cash. Payment must be made in full prior to the provision of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to cancel or withhold services if payment is not received.
Payment Methods
1.3.1 Credit/Debit Card Payments
- Accepted Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- Payment Gateway: All card transactions are securely processed through Stripe ( linkovati sa https://stripe.com/ ), ensuring that your information is encrypted and protected during the payment process.
- Authorization and Charges: Upon placing an order, your card will be authorized for the transaction amount. The payment will be processed at the time of order confirmation.
- Security Measures: For your safety, we use SSL encryption to ensure secure transmission of your card details. Additionally, all card information is stored and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
- Failed Transactions: In the event that a payment fails, you will be notified immediately, and you can attempt to complete the transaction with an alternative payment method.
1.3.2 Cash Payments
- Cash on Service (COS): For customers who prefer to pay in cash, we offer a Cash on Service (COS) option. Payment Confirmation: Once you place an order using COS, a confirmation will be sent. Please ensure you have the correct amount of cash available at the time of service
- How COS Works: For clients who prefer to pay in cash, we offer a “Cash on Service” (COS) option. Payment can be made directly to our service provider upon completion of the service.
- Availability: COS is available for services rendered at the client’s location or where on-site service is provided.
- Confirmation: Once the service is booked and confirmed, a confirmation message will be sent to the client, including details of the service, cost, and instructions for COS payment.
- Exact Amount Required: Clients are kindly requested to have the exact cash amount available at the time of service to avoid delays.
- Payment Processing Times

- Card Payments: Payments made via credit or debit cards are typically processed instantly. In some cases, authorization may take up to 24 hours.
- Cash Payments: Cash payments will be collected upon completion of the service
- Currency
- All transactions are processed in EUR. If you are using an international card, you may be charged additional fees for currency conversion by your bank or card issuer.
- Taxes and Additional Fees

- Additional Fees:
For online payments, additional fees will not be applied from company’s side
For payments in cash, if payments are not made at the time of service (for example, in the case of missed appointments caused by client ) a late fee may be applied.
- Refunds and Cancellations
- Card Payments: If you cancel your order, any payments made via credit or debit card will be refunded to the same card within 7-10 business days.
- Cash Payments: For orders paid by cash (COS), refunds will be processed via bank transfer, or you can opt to receive store credit.
- Payment Disputes
- If there are any issues with your payment, please contact our customer service team within 30 days to resolve the issue. We will work with your payment provider to investigate any unauthorized transactions.
- Payment Security
- We prioritize your security and ensure all payments are made through encrypted channels. For any card payment, we never store sensitive information like CVV or full card numbers.
- Cancellations and Changes
You may cancel or change your booking, subject to our cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Rights: The User has the right to cancel a service and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. This allows us sufficient time to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to other clients.
- Service-Specific Cancellation Terms: Some services may have different cancellation deadlines to qualify for a refund. For example, high-demand services or those involving significant preparation may require at least 48/72 hours notice for cancellation. These specific terms will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain bookings may be marked as non-refundable. In such cases, cancellations made after the confirmation of the service will not be eligible for a refund. This will be explicitly stated before confirming your service.
- Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, or if the User fails to show up on pick up location, no refund will be provided. We encourage timely cancellations to ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process.
- How to Cancel: Users can cancel their service via their account on our website or by contacting customer support. Upon successful cancellation, a confirmation email will be sent, and any eligible refunds will be processed within [7-10] business days.
- Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your service instead of canceling, we may offer the option to reschedule without incurring any fees (due to change departure times). Trip changes of route, extra options such as additional waiting time, stopovers etc will cause transfer cost changing. Changes to booking details must be communicated as soon as possible after booking. We will attempt to accommodate changes, but this is not guaranteed, especially for last-minute requests.
- User Responsibilities
9.1 Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during the booking process. This includes pickup location, time, destination, additional transfer details ( if theres one or more ) and contact details. Any misrepresentation or failure to provide accurate information could result in cancellation of your booking without a refund.
9.2 Conduct During Transfers
Passengers must behave in a respectful and lawful manner during transfers. Any abuse, damage to the vehicle, or misconduct that threatens the safety of others or disrupts the service may result in termination of the service without a refund. You will also be liable for any damages caused to the vehicle during the transfer.
9.3 Age and Legal Capacity
By booking our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you are booking on behalf of another person, you warrant that you have their permission and authority to do so.
- Limitations of Liability
10.1 Service Interruptions
While we strive to provide timely and reliable services, we cannot be held responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic congestion, road closures, or strikes.
10.2 Liability for Personal Items
We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items left in the vehicle. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that all belongings are removed at the end of the transfer.
10.3 Maximum Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
- Privacy and Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in that policy.
- Amendments to Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Any updates or changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Slovenia.
